Business Development Manager (100% Remote)

The team at Transactly is on a mission to be the platform of choice for the people and companies involved in real estate transactions. Our online platform supports agents and their clients with a place where everyone can come together to coordinate and manage these transactions collaboratively. Transactly provides real estate technology and transaction coordination services that shorten the amount of time it takes to close a real estate transaction.

What we need

We are looking for a talented and competitive business development manager that thrives in a fast paced start-up environment.

This position can be fully remote.

What you'll do

  • Work and assist with our current utility referral partners.
  • Find new lead and utility partners.
  • Manage our existing lead partner accounts and doing extensive outreach to them
  • Foster and develop relationships with our partners and clients
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales team to generate leads and brand awareness
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans

This position can be fully remote.

Skills, Experience & Requirements

  • Experience and management/creation of a large business development team(s)
  • Exceptional customer and client service skills.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience working with a CRM and Microsoft Office environment.
